We have developed our Exchanges and Returns Policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. General Guidelines If you encounter any issues with your order upon receipt or if it is not what you expected, simply follow the steps below, and we will assist you in resolving everything: You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your purchase to contact us, as stated by the Consumer Protection Code. Write to contato@superhot.com.br to request an exchange or return, providing your order number. ATTENTION: The first exchange is free, and we cover the shipping costs. However, if it is a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. To proceed with the exchange/return, you need to: Be within the 7-day period from the date of receiving your purchase; Send the product in its original packaging, accompanied by all original labels and packaging. We will not proceed with the exchange or return of products if: They do not meet the above criteria; There are signs of incorrect use that do not comply with the specifications indicated on the product's composition label; Products with alterations, customizations, or adjustments, or with stains caused by cosmetics such as deodorants, moisturizers, sunscreens, tanning lotions, lipsticks, etc.; There are signs of holes or seams coming apart due to size; The reported defect is not found. IMPORTANT We only process exchanges for products purchased on our website. After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be informed via email, and the availability of the product for exchange will be validated. Return due to regret/cancellation of purchase To return your purchase due to regret or cancellation, the request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receiving the product. You can choose to receive a refund, which can be either a cash refund transferred to your account or a credit refund to your credit card, or credits for a future purchase. If you opt for a refund, we will reimburse you according to the payment method used for your order. The refund amount will be for the item(s) you return from the order. All products will be analyzed by our quality team to verify the origin of the reported issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will proceed with the immediate exchange or repair of the product, and it will be resent to you at no cost. If no defect is found or if any of the conditions described in the previous sections are not met, the product will be made available for re-sending to the customer, subject to payment of transportation costs. If any of the following situations occur, please check your order and inform us as soon as possible: Opened or damaged packaging; Damaged product; Product does not match the order; Missing accessories.
